<p>A contact system for a circuit breaker, wherein: moveable shafts (b1, b2) which are formed with hollow pipes; rotating bearing shafts (c5) are formed at each the connection ends of each spring (c1, c2, c3, c4) matched with the moveable shafts (b1, b2); the two ends of the moveable shafts (b1, b2) are respectively sleeved with the rotating bearing shafts (c5) to form a hinge joint; the moveable shafts (b1, b2) and the opposite cam surface(221,231) are in rolling friction fit. The moveable shaft can rotate along the rotating bearing shaft accounting for the hinge joint connection between the moveable shaft and spring, thus when a moveable contact is moved, the moveable shaft and the moveable contact are in rolling friction instead of rigid friction. The contact force is reduced; and the rolling time and the disconnecting time of the moveable contact are shorted. Service life of the moveable shaft is prolonged since there is no rubbing abrasion. Service life of the whole contact system is enhanced.</p> |
