<p>The invention discloses a multimedia message acquisition method and a multimedia message center which are used for improving the multimedia message acquisition flexibility, success rate and efficiency of users. The method comprises the following steps: the multimedia message center receives a multimedia message acquisition request sent by a user terminal, wherein the multimedia message acquisition request carries a multimedia message number and a first number currently used by the user terminal; the multimedia message center determines the corresponding multimedia message information according to the multimedia message number, wherein the multimedia message information comprises a target number and multimedia message data; the multimedia message center acquires other numbers of the user terminal when the first number is not identical to the target number and the user terminal is confirmed to open a service of multiple numbers in one card; the multimedia message center matches the target number with other numbers, and sends the multimedia message data to the user terminal when the matching is successful. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the multimedia message acquisition flexibility of the user terminal can be improved, the multimedia message acquisition success rate and efficiency can also be increased, and convenience can be provided for users to acquire multimedia messages.</p> |
