<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium with which super resolution reproduction obtaining a better bER value is performed using a signal decoding system with high versatility when information is recorded with a random pattern including a mark length equal to or less than a resolution limit. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium is characterized in that recording information is formed as marks and spaces having a plurality of lengths by an RLL(1,7) modulation system, lengths of 2T marks and 2T spaces among the marks and spaces having the plurality of lengths are shorter than 0.12 μm, and intensity of reflected light obtained by irradiation with reproduction light of 400-410 nm in wavelength to power of 0.8-2.4 mW through an objective of 0.84-0.86 in numerical aperture is reproduced as a signal. The optical information recording medium has an information recording layer where a reproduction signal waveform can be reproduced by a PR(12221)ML system, and a translucent layer whose thickness is within a range of ±3 μm of a mean value, and is provided with a medium identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
