摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium with which super resolution reproduction obtaining a better bER value is performed using a signal decoding system with high versatility when information is recorded with a random pattern including a mark length equal to or less than a resolution limit. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium is characterized in that recording information is formed as marks and spaces having a plurality of lengths by an RLL(1,7) modulation system, lengths of 2T marks and 2T spaces among the marks and spaces having the plurality of lengths are shorter than 0.12 &mu;m, and intensity of reflected light obtained by irradiation with reproduction light of 400-410 nm in wavelength to power of 0.8-2.4 mW through an objective of 0.84-0.86 in numerical aperture is reproduced as a signal. The optical information recording medium has an information recording layer where a reproduction signal waveform can be reproduced by a PR(12221)ML system, and a translucent layer whose thickness is within a range of &plusmn;3 &mu;m of a mean value, and is provided with a medium identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
