<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device with a simple structure capable of accurately suppressing variation in output voltage even when a power supply voltage of a voltage generating circuit is increased, and further to provide an electronic apparatus or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device 100 includes: an input differential pair composed of a first input transistor and a second input transistor, of which sources are connected to each other; an output transistor, of which gate voltage is controlled based on a drain voltage of the first input transistor; a current mirror circuit for supplying a current corresponding to the difference between the drain current of the first input transistor and the drain current of the second input transistor to a gate of the output transistor; a first capacity interposed between the gate and a drain of the output transistor; and a voltage variation suppression circuit for increasing a charge amount corresponding to an increased amount of a first voltage in comparison with a second voltage with respect to a charge amount flowing between a source and a drain of at least one of transistors constituting the input differential pair. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
