<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back chassis that is light, rigid, inexpensive and excellent in heat radiation and heat-resistant dimensional stability, and a casing using the back chassis. <P>SOLUTION: A back chassis 1 includes: a platelike back chassis body 2 of aluminum or aluminum alloy; a synthetic resin body 3 attached to a back surface of the back chassis body 2; and a reinforcement 4 of CFRP or aluminum material attached to the opposite side of the synthetic resin body 3 to the back chassis body 2. The synthetic resin body 3 has a pair of short portions 3a, 3a extending in the direction of short sides of the back chassis body 2, and two long portions 3b, 3b interconnecting the short portions 3a, 3a. A front surface of the synthetic resin body 3 is attached to a flat main platelike portion of the back chassis body 2 with adhesive, adhesive double coated tape or the like. A back surface of the synthetic resin body 3, that is, a surface of the synthetic resin body 3 opposite to the back chassis body 2 is a surface parallel to the front surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
