A loading device for loading goods lying on the ground comprises an inclined endless conveyer 2 which is fed by an endless collector band 8 having gripping arms 16. The angle between the lowermost end shaft of the conveyer 2 and the side 15 of the collector band is not more than 30 degrees and not less than 25 degrees. A scavenging disc 13 mounted on the lowermost conveyer shaft co-operates with the collector band to separate the goods from the latter. Drive for the conveyer and the collector band is provided by belts or chains and by a shaft 14 adapted to be connected to a tractor. The drive for the collector band and conveyer may be covered by a guard (not shown). |
