摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a reagent for detecting a patient with stomach cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer or biliary tract cancer by analyzing genes of which expression levels are varied in the case of the stomach cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer or biliary tract cancer in peripheral blood as compared with normal subjects. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting the patient of stomach cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer or biliary tract cancer based on expression profiles comprises obtaining the expression profile of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of probes corresponding to the genes of which expression levels are varied in the patients of the stomach cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer or biliary tract cancer in the peripheral blood as compared with the normal subjects and also the reagent for detecting the stomach cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer or biliary tract cancer is provided by containing nucleotides consisting of the base sequence of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of the probes of which expression levels are varied in the stomach cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer or biliary tract cancer, partial sequences thereof or complementary sequences thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
