<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a suppression ratio between a transmission side and reception side without transmitting or receiving control information indicating a suppression ratio computed by the reception side and distortion compensation ability of the reception side. <P>SOLUTION: Radio communication equipment comprises: a transmission band suppression section for suppressing a spectrum of a transmission signal, which is generated depending on an input data series, depending on a suppression ratio indicating the ratio of the bandwidth of the spectrum of the transmission signal to a bandwidth of a spectrum to be suppressed; a transmission section for transmitting the spectrum-suppressed transmission signal as a radio signal; an answer signal detecting section for detecting that the transmission signal is received without any error by a transmission destination; and a transmission bandwidth determination section for determining the suppression ratio on the basis of the result of detection by the answer signal detecting section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
