摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor element for which a lead wire can be cut short and connected to an external terminal frame even when a lead wire insertion hole of a washer for preventing creep-up of a solution for semiconductor layer formation or the like to an anode body is made smaller. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor element composed by inserting an anode lead wire of an anode body provided with the anode lead wire to a washer provided with an insertion hole of an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the anode lead wire to a distance equal to or shorter than 0.3 mm from the anode body, and successively laminating a dielectric oxide film, a semiconductor layer and an electrode layer, a hole of a plane part of a jig provided on the plane part with the hole to which the anode lead wire can be inserted in the vertical direction and the insertion hole of the washer are stacked, the anode lead wire is inserted from the washer side, and then the insertion jig is detached.
