STEEL SHEET HAVING STRIPPABLE LUBRICATING FILM ON THE SURFACE THEREOF, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING COATED STEEL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet having a strippable lubricating film that exhibits lubricity allowing normal press working and can be easily removed after press working.

SOLUTION: The steel sheet has a strippable lubricating film on the surface thereof, wherein the lubricating film has a first layer containing a polyethylene oxide having a weight-average molecular weight of 50,000-500,000 and a second layer provided on the first layer and containing a lubricating oil with kinetic viscosity of 7-32 mm2/s (40°C). The sticking amount of the polyethylene oxide is 0.1-1.0 g/m2, and the sticking amount of the lubricating oil is 0.1-3.0 g/m2.
