The bow spring has several windings (10) which are provided with variable pitch angle curve (Sw) in a rectilinear extension of the pressure spring. The slope of the curve over the windings is oscillated. The winding has a portion (11) with zero slope, a portion (13) with maximum slope, a portion (15) with increasing slope and a portion (16) with decreasing slope. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing bow spring.
