<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell separating device with a priming device, capable of easily and efficiently bleeding air, and a priming method by using the same, in a means for separating a specific cell from a bodily fluid containing respective hemocyte components by using a cell separator. <P>SOLUTION: Short-time and efficient priming is possible by using a device including a circuit and a connector which can be connected to a container containing a priming solution on the upstream side of the cell separator, or a device including a container for storing a priming solution and including a circuit and a connector which can be connected to a syringe on the downstream of the cell separator. The priming solution is introduced into the cell separator and into the circuit at high flow rate to be filled with the priming solution by injecting the priming solution into the container for storing the priming solution which connects the connector on the upstream of the cell separator to the container containing the priming solution, and creating negative pressure in the cell separator by the syringe connected to the downstream circuit with the downstream of the cell separator connected to the syringe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
