<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a bush- and bracket-integrated stabilizer bar which can prevent a stick-slip phenomenon or problems caused by intrusion of foreign substance into a gap. <P>SOLUTION: The bush- and bracket-integrated stabilizer bar includes a stabilizer bar, a rubber bush attached to the outer periphery of the stabilizer bar, and a bracket for attaching the stabilizer bar to the bottom of a vehicle body through the rubber bush. The stabilizer bar has an amine-based cured epoxy coating material or an amine-containing cation coating material and a surface-treating layer containing a halogen-donor-type surface-treating agent on the coating material. The rubber bush has a surface-treating layer containing a halogen-donor-type surface-treating agent on the inner surface thereof. A thermosetting epoxy adhesive layer containing an amine-based or organic-hydrazide-based curing agent and a bisphenol-based epoxy resin is formed between the stabilizer bar and the rubber bush via the respective surface-treating layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
