VIBRATION CONTROL AND SOUND ISOLATION DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING FLOOR STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making vibration control and sound isolation device excellent in vibration control performance, sound isolation performance, and walking performance by joining a floor slab and an underfloor structure with each other so as to insulate vibration and making a low height and easily assembled vibration control and sound isolation structure; capable of drastically reducing the cost by thinning the floor slab in a newly constructed building structure; and capable of using an advantage of an existing floor slab and ensuring an essential floor living space.

SOLUTION: A vibration control and sound isolation device supports an arbitrary position in the lower part of a sleeper beam of a floor structure in a building, and comprises: a reverse π-shaped beam placing seating face for placing and supporting the lower part of the sleeper beam via an elastic buffer body; a pair of seating legs for mounting the upper part of the sleeper beam on each of both sides of the beam placing seat face; and a π-shaped pedestal mounted on the lower part of each of the seating legs with an elastic buffer body interposed between the seating leg and the floor slab, the pedestals being connected with each other by a tie arm.
