Disclosed is an aluminum alloy foil for electrode current collectors which has a high conductivity and high strength even after a drying step after coating with an active material. The disclosed aluminum alloy foil contains Fe: 0.1-1.0 mass% (below, 'mass%' is abbreviated to '%'), Si: 0.01-0.5% and Cu: 0.01-0.2%, with the remainder consisting of Al and unavoidable impurities. The tensile strength after final cold rolling is 220 Mpa or greater, the 0.2% proof stress is 180 Mpa or greater, and the conductivity is 58% IACS or greater. After the aforementioned final cold rolling, even if the aluminum alloy foil is heat treated for 24 hours at 120°C, 3 hours at 140°C, or 15 minutes at 160°C, the tensile strength after said heat treatment is 190 MPa or greater, and the 0.2% proof stress is 160 MPa or greater. |
