FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method implies lowering of scraper at the specified depth and lifting to set upper position using winch with drum and electric motor by means of rope moving through spring-loaded roller bearing gage of lowering depth and by means of control of scraper position parameters via switching node and control unit using weight sensors and lowering depth gage. Control is performed using calibration of lowering depth gage depending on location of "stop ring" which is searched within the specified interval, and upon its finding readings of lowering depth gage are compared to true location of "stop ring". After that true location of "stop ring" is preset in lowering depth gage. Scraper lifting counting is started from actual position of "stop ring" to preset height of cleaning, then the scraper is lowered to location of "stop ring", when it is reached cleaning cycle is finished. ^ EFFECT: reducing operating costs, preventing emergency conditions. ^ 1 dwg |
