PURPOSE: A portable smart device with a separable phone is provided to maximize the availability of a phone by using a phone terminal separated from a main body as a telephone. CONSTITUTION: A displaying part(22) is formed at one side of a main body(20). A microcomputer(24) is embedded in the main body. A phone terminal(40) is detachably mounted at the main body. The phone terminal includes a transmitter(42) and a receiver(44). The main body implements a computer function. The phone terminal is used as a telephone by being separated from the main body. The main communication module of the main body includes a data communication communicator and a telephone communication communicator.
