PURPOSE: An EOS(Electrical Over Stress) protection circuit and a semiconductor integrated circuit including the same are provided to stably discharge EOS by minimizing a parasitic resistance. CONSTITUTION: An EOS detecting unit(242) is connected between a power voltage line and a ground voltage line and detects EOS generated in a power voltage line based on an EOS reference detection voltage. An EOS discharge unit(244) discharges EOS from the power voltage line to the ground voltage line in response to an EOS detection signal. |
