PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus and an image processing method thereof are provided to perform reverse reproduction at specific speed in MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) stream. CONSTITUTION: An image receiving unit(40) receives a left image and a right image. The left image and the right image include an I frame, a P frame and a B frame. A decoding unit(10) decodes a frame for reproduction of stream. An encoding unit(20) encodes the decoded frame. A controlling unit(30) encodes the P frame or the B frame to the I frame. |
