PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling the power of a femto base station and a wireless communication system for the same are provided to prevent interference to neighboring cells and to reduce the burden of power consumption. CONSTITUTION: An access part(211) allows the connection of an account owner. A statistic collector(212) collects information related to the connecting/disconnecting of a home user to a femto base station and statistic information to the amount of traffics. A service setup part(213) sets-up a power controlling service for the account owner. A database part(215) stores the statistic information and information related to the set service. A service controlling part(214) stops the service of the femto base station and implements the power controlling service.
