PURPOSE: A producing method of an ion beverage using deep sea water and tree sap is provided to produce the ion beverage without adding artificial minerals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an ion beverage using deep sea water and tree sap comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of purified water by weight, 1~15parts of desalinized deep sea water by weight, 1~15parts of sterilized sap by weight, and 0.05~10parts of additive by weight; adding 0.01~0.1parts of acid by weight to the mixture for adjusting the pH; and sterilizing the mixture at 55~65deg C for 20~40minutes. |
