PURPOSE: A smart robot device and a method for providing dynamic services based on the smart robot device are provided to arrange wired or wireless various network interfaces. CONSTITUTION: A data processing part(210) extracts controlling information of at least one external device included in encoded information. A network interface part(220) modulates the extracted controlling information according to the communication method of the external device. The network interface part outputs the modulated controlling information. A controlling result process receiving part receives the controlling result of the external device based on the extracted controlling information. A controlling result outputting part displays the controlling result of the external device.
