<p>The arrangement (20) has a capacitor (C1) supplied with direct current (DC) voltage (U2) from a DC source (15) and formed by a metal plate and a functional capacitor plate (13) of a railway track (1). The metal plate is arranged at a flange (4) of a wheel (2) such that the flange of the rolling wheel lies between the functional capacitor plate and the metal plate. The capacitance of the capacitor changes with rolling of the flange on the track so that the voltage supplied to the capacitor is varied for generating a presence criterion, where the plates are formed as a profile rail.</p> |
