SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DYNAMIC POWER MANAGEMENT FOR USE WITH A VIDEO DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A dynamic power managing system and a method thereof are provided to include a light emitting device which is operated by current of a DAC(Digital to Analog Converter). CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device or a DAC(109) receives power by supply voltage of a voltage regulator(210). A voltage monitor(220) obtains a measurement voltage value for indicating voltage of DAC output. The voltage of DAC output indicates a voltage headroom which is used for the DAC. A controller compares the measurement value with a reference value. The controller controls the supply voltage based on comparison.
