PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to selectively transmit light without a polarizing plate using an etalon layer. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel comprises first and second substrates, an etalon layer(150), a liquid crystal layer(170), a pixel electrode, and a common electrode. The pixel electrode is located on the first substrate. The common electrode is located on the first substrate or the second substrate. First to third light sources are located on a lower portion of the liquid crystal panel. The first to third light sources emit light of different wavelengths. |
