PURPOSE: An abrasive disc for improving the durability and productivity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain a grinding force and to improve the dimensional stability and rotational breaking strength. CONSTITUTION: An abrasive disc comprises a water proof paper(1), one or more first mesh woven fabric layers(20), a first abrasive layer(10), and one or more second mesh woven fabric layers(30). The first mesh woven fabric layer is impregnated with first thermosetting resin. The first abrasive layer is coated with a second thermosetting resin and agglomerated. A second abrasive coated with third thermosetting resin is dispersed and applied on. |
