The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in steel production for gas supply to purge the molten steel in the tanks, and at filling with gas under pressure of various containers (e.g. tanks). There is disclosed a device for supplying a gas, comprising a body in the form of a cup with a hole in a bottom, inside which a hollow piston, whose end face is equipped with a seal, and a valve system are located. The novelty consists in that the system comprises a body, which is equipped with at least one hole, inside which a locking piston with a seal and an elastic element are located. The latter is supported at one end by a gas piston, and at the other end – by the end of the body. The valve system is located inside a hollow piston and is attached to its bottom, and the latter has an opening for supply of gas. The valve system may further comprise a screw and a seat for the elastic element. The design ensures elimination of gas leakage, simplification of the process control, reduction of risk of damage of the piston face. |
