The product with a two-layer coating comprises a steel substrate and a coating layer applied directly onto the substrate and a coating layer applied on the previous coating layer. The coating layer applied directly on the substrate has a thickness in the range of 70-120 microns, and is made of a mixture of chromium, silicon, boron, iron, nickel, with following component ratio, wt. %:chromium8-14silicon 2.5-3.2boron 1.5-2.5iron,4.6nickel the rest,and the coating layer deposited on the previous coating layer is made from a mixture of titanium nitride and chromium nitride with the following ratio, wt. %:chromium nitride20-30titanium nitride the restor is made from a mixture of titanium nitride and aluminum nitride with the following ratio, wt. %:aluminum nitride 20-30titanium nitride the rest. |
