PURPOSE: A seismic reinforcement device, a seismic reinforcement structure, and a seismic reinforcement method of an existing column having a mechanical coupling structure are provided to prevent damage to an existing column during a seismic reinforcement work. CONSTITUTION: A seismic reinforcement device(1) of an existing column having a mechanical coupling structure is formed by assembling multiple reinforcing plates(10). Each reinforcing plate is composed of a plate member having a metal core member. A convex interlocking unit is formed on one end of each reinforcing plate, and a convex interlocking unit is formed on the other end thereof to connect the reinforcing plate to the adjacent reinforcing plate.
