PURPOSE: An immobilizer starting device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to smoothly perform a communication between an antenna coil and immobilizer by stably maintaining an electrical connection of the antenna coil electrically fused and a terminal and wire even in a high pressure molding process. CONSTITUTION: An immobilizer starting device comprises a key holder, an immobilizer, and an ECU(Engine Control Unit). The immobilizer performs a communication so that information exchange between a transponder embedded inside a start key and the ECU is possible. The key holder comprises a bobbin(31), a pair of terminals(33), and a harness(34). An antenna coil is embedded in the bobbin so that the bobbin is molded. The pair of the terminals is joined to one side of the bobbin. One end part of the harness is electrically connected to the antenna coil through the pair of the terminals. The other end part of the harness is connected to the immobilizer. |
