PURPOSE: A battery discharge warning apparatus of a vehicle is provided to warn the discharge state of a battery by using a solar battery in case of the detected battery voltage is under a set voltage value. CONSTITUTION: A battery discharge warning apparatus of a vehicle comprises a battery voltage detection unit(10), a solar battery(30), a electric discharge warning unit(50), an operating switch(40), and a control unit(20). The solar battery is charged by the sunlight. The operating switch operates a discharge warning unit by using the solar battery. The control unit operates the discharge warning unit in case of the detected battery voltage is under a set voltage value.
