PURPOSE: Formula feed for domestic animals containing humus soil, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the immunity of the domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: Formula feed for domestic animals contains 20-30wt% of grains, 20-30wt% of fermented vegetables, 5-10wt% of fish and egg shells, and 40-50wt% of humus soil. The grains include 10-20wt% of rice bran, 20-40wt% of corn, 20-40wt% of barley, and 10-20wt% of wheat. The fermented vegetables are obtained by fermenting a mixture including the fruit skin, vegetable leaves, and oil cake at 35-40 deg C for 5-7 days. The fish and egg shells include 30-40wt% of egg shells and 60-70wt% of dried fish.
