PURPOSE: A molding method of a foamed rubber sheet having thin thickness is provided to provide a rubber sheet having excellent durability and restitution, and excellent smoothness. CONSTITUTION: A molding method of a foamed rubber sheet having thin thickness comprises a step of mixing rubber material manufactured to emulsion or solution, blowing agent, and vulcanizing agent; a step of coating the mixture to a substrate film; and a step of molding foaming rubber sheet by vulcanizing and blowing in a chamber or a heating roll. The emulsion or the solution is manufactured from one or more selected from styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber, nitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber, natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, chloroprene rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, styrene-butadiene-styrene polymer, styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer, acrylonitrile rubber, and urethane rubber.
