PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing door lock of a machining tool is provided to prevent a door from being automatically closed because the door is closed only when a manual switch unit is certainly operated. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing door lock of a machining tool comprise a grip unit(100), a first link bracket(200), a second bracket(300), a fixing bracket(400), a spring guiding shaft(500), a repulsion spring(600), and a stopper(700). The first link bracket is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise corresponding to the rotation of the grip unit. The second link bracket is hinge-coupled to the first link bracket. The fixing bracket is slindingly coupled to the second link bracket by a guide pin so that the second link bracket can be moved left and right sides around a vertical panel(420). The repulsion spring is inserted between the vertical panel of the fixing bracket and a second guide piece(340) of the second link bracket. The stopper is horizontally moved corresponding to the manipulation of the grip unit. The stopper blocks the opening of a door or is released from a door surface to open the door.
