PURPOSE: An arbitrary shape measurement method for applying a color filter for improving a measurement area is provided to apply the beat-frequency having long period by using a grating pattern. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic image having a color A grating pattern and a color B granting pattern is acquired from a color camera. The color A grating pattern and the color B grating pattern separate from the synthetic image of the color B grating pattern and color A grating pattern. The reference phase of the short wavelength is obtained as the image of the color A grating pattern of the short wavelength. The reference phase of the long wavelength is obtained as the image of the color B grating pattern of the long wavelength. |
