PURPOSE: A light emitted device is provided to increase luminous efficiency by minimizing a bonding resin arranged around a light emitting diode or light absorbed by a package body. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(101) is arranged on a substrate(103). A reflection part(104) is formed in order to cover an upper side of the substrate and a side of the light emitting device. The reflection part includes a low refractive resin and a reflection filler dispersed within the low refractive resin. The reflection filler is made out of light reflective oxide. A wavelength converter(102) is arranged on at least a part of a light emitting side of the light emitting device.
