PURPOSE: An android robot and utilization method, for properly reacting by tracing the location and voice of opponent, are provided to minimize noise in an analog signal by minimizing an analog line. CONSTITUTION: An android robot comprises a plurality of microphones(101a,101b,101c), a band-pass filter(102), codec(103), a sound source processor(104), a host processor(105), and a robot operating part(106). The band-pass filter extracts voice signals from the sound signal collected by a plurality of microphones. The codec changes the extracted voice signal into digital signal. The sound source processor traces the location of an opponent by using the phase difference and size difference between the voice signals. The host processor inquires the gesture data corresponding to an analyzed voice signal in a gesture DB. The host processor controls the robot operating part based on gesture data and traced location. The robot operating part is driven according to the control of the host processor. |
