PURPOSE: An automatic liftable observation device is provided to allow a vertical moving part and a float to move upward and downward along a mooring line by operation of a propeller part formed in the vertical moving part. CONSTITUTION: An automatic liftable observation device comprises a float, a vertical moving part, and a coupling part(300). The float checks water pressure in the water to grasp water level, and controls a buoyancy control part to move upward and downward according to the water level. The vertical moving part comprises a case(110), a motor(130), and a propeller(120). The motor is formed inside the case and operates depending on the operation signals of a control part. The propeller is formed in one end of the case and provides propulsion force to a vertical direction of the float by the operation of the motor. The coupling part couples the case of the vertical moving part and the body of the float each other. A mooring line insertion hole is formed between the case and the body.
