The installation comprises an infiltration tank (3) comprising a substrate (4) to filter a part of the polluting substance of the effluents obtained from plant species (7) including rhizomes and Miscanthus(8) with high evaporation capacity and for collecting polluting substances through their roots, and a channel network (10) for supplying the effluents to the tank. The substrate is provided to form a planar plantation area. The supply channel is arranged to provide a controlled and uniform watering of the plant species.
