PURPOSE: A camera module is provided to implement a spacer separating into lens and image sensor by a simple manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A camera module comprises: a lens assembly(20) having one or more lenses(21-24); and a housing(10) having a lens assembly accommodating portion(11) and image sensor assembly accommodating portion (12). The housing has a spacer(15) formed between the lens assembly accommodating portion and image sensor assembly accommodating portion.
