The device has an outer tube (1) and an inner tube (2) slidingly adjusted with respect to each other. The outer tube is utilized as a treatment dose receiver (7), and supplies the treatment dose to roots of a plant through a supply window (6). An ergonomic handle (4) is located at an upper end of the inner tube. The inner tube is utilized as a soil perforator such that a ground is perforated by applying manual pressure through a helicoid perforation cone (3) of the inner tube to supply the treatment dose to the ground. A seal plate (8) is located at top of the perforation cone.
