PURPOSE: A device for stimulating acupuncture points is provided to decompose fat inside the human body by stimulating acupuncture points. CONSTITUTION: A device for stimulating acupuncture points comprises a sound source unit(11) outputting music, a circuit conversion unit(13) and a vibration generator(15). The sound source unit comprises a portable audioset and is connected to the sound source output unit for transferring music to a user. The circuit conversion unit extracts an analog signal of a low frequency band and converts the signal into a digital signal. The vibration generator extracts a sound source of a low frequency band.
