PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a structure and manufacturing processes by applying an electric signal to a common electrode and a common power line of the display unit using a metal layer of a sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(20) including a plurality of pixels is formed on a substrate(10). A getter layer(33), a junction layer(34), and a conductive junction layer(35) are formed on the outside of the display unit. A sealing member includes a flexible polymer film(41) and a metal layer(42). The sealing member is attached to the substrate. The junction layer and the conductive junction layer are hardened.
