<p>The method involves preparing a support layer made of insulating material, where the support layer comprises fabric coated with PVC. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising acrylic adhesive is formed on an upper surface of the support layer. An electrically conductive layer is formed on the adhesive layer. Sufficient pressure conditions are applied to the layers for allowing adhesion of the adhesive layer on the upper surface of the support layer and a lower surface of the electrically conductive layer. The electrically conductive layer comprises conductive woven fabric such as cordura(RTM: fabric), having core-resistant polyester, where silver is deposited on a surface of the polyester.</p> |
