<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal head in which the temperature of a heating part can be controlled easily to a predetermined temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal head X includes a head base body 3 having a substrate 7, a plurality of heating parts 9 arranged on the substrate 7, and electrode wirings 17, 19. 21 for supplying currents to the plurality of heating parts 9, and a printed wiring board 5 having a first conductor layer 51 and a second conductor layer 52 laminated with an electrically insulating layer 50 interposed therebetween. The first conductor layer 51 has first layer wiring conductors 51H, 51L, 51M for supplying currents to the plurality of heating parts 9 via the electrode wirings 17, 19, 21. The first layer wiring conductors 51H, 51L, 51M are connected with connecting parts 17bs, 21s formed on the electrode wirings 17, 21. The second conductor layer 52 has a heat conducting second layer heat transfer conductor 52H, and the second layer heat transfer conductor 52H is formed on the connecting part 17bs of the electrode wiring 17 to extend from the top of the connecting part 17bs in the direction separating from the substrate 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
