<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output voice with well-balanced call reliability and safety of driving in consideration of a person on the other end of the line when the voice of call and guidance voice on a vehicle are superimposed. <P>SOLUTION: An in-vehicle terminal device 1 includes a first voice input part 32 that receives a signal of first voice of a voice call with the outside of a vehicle using radio communication, a second voice input part 33 that receives second voice, other than the first voice, including guidance voice on the vehicle, a voice output part 9 for outputting at least one of the first and second voices, and an output control part 31 for controlling the voice to be output from the voice output part 9.
