PURPOSE: A bone anchoring device is provided to previously control an orientation of a sheet member by using a single support block which anchors the sheet member. CONSTITUTION: A bone anchoring element(1) includes a head(3) and a shaft(2) and is combined with a stabilizer rod(100). A receiving unit(4) includes a concave part(10) connected to a hole with an axial line. A sheet member(5) forms a sheet which pivotally maintains a head. A pressing member(6) is connected to the sheet member to control an angle of the sheet member.
