<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label with a circuit capable of easily breaking the circuit when removing the label from a sticking object body, thereby eliminating any necessity of easily detecting the opening, preventing alteration and abuse by a fraudulent exchange of labels or sticking a paid seal (an electromagnetic shield label) showing the adjustment thereover, after purchasing an article. <P>SOLUTION: This label with the circuit includes; a base material layer A, a brittle easy-fracture layer B, an electric circuit C and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer D; and is formed by stacking them in this order. The cohesion of the easy-fracture layer B is the smallest of the respective layers of the base material layer A, the easy-fracture layer B and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer D. When the label with the circuit is peeled off from the sticking object body, the easy-fracture layer B remains partially to the sticking object body side, so that the electric circuit C is partially broken to become no longer functional, thereby reducing the detection of a fraudulent opening and the exchange of labels and reducing a labor in accounting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
