<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection circuit, a sensor device, and an electronic apparatus which can reduce the variations of output voltage due to element characteristic variations. <P>SOLUTION: A detection circuit includes a pyroelectric element 10; a first P-type transistor TP1 provided between an output node NQ of the detection circuit and a low potential side power supply node, and in which a detection signal from the pyroelectric element 10 is inputted in a gate; and a second P-type transistor TP2 provided between a high potential side power supply node and the output node NQ, and in which the gate is set to have reference voltage VR. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
