<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved vehicle control system for solving problems in a conventional technology. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle speed computer 10 has a configuration to calculate vehicle speed as the latest wheel speed or mean speed of two or more wheels to decide a vehicle speed value, and a wheel slip amount is decided by comparing each wheel speed with the calculated vehicle speed. In a controller 14, a predetermined wheel slip threshold is stored, a wheel slip amount signal 16 as a second output signal is always compared with the wheel slip threshold, and it is determined whether or not the state requires torque relaxation for wheel slip relaxation. If the value of the wheel slip amount signal 16 exceeds the wheel slip threshold, the state is certified as a wheel slip state, and additional toque from a power train to the wheel is relaxed, and thus a wheel slip start or the occurrence of a wheel slip more than that is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
